Our initial meeting is without obligation. If, after we meet, you feel you do not want to proceed with planning you have no obligation to do so and do not owe us anything. In most cases, we will be able to quote you the flat fee for our estate planning services at the initial meeting. In addition, when you make an appointment we will send you our current fee schedule in your meeting planning package so you will know what range to expect.

After discussing the circumstances of your case with you at our initial meeting, we will be able to tell you what we will require as a cost retainer and provide an estimated range of fees that your case might cost.
